Manufacturing Process of Silicone Hoses

Stage 1: Making a mandrel

Phase 2: Selection of raw materials

Stage 5: Oven drying, cooling and removal

The silicone tubes are then cured in an oven and then cooled. This way they get the desired shape. To remove them, remove them from the mold in one quick motion and put them in the wash tube for cleaning. The tubes are then sent for trimming and inspection.

Phase 6: Pruning and Inspection
